Who can take part?
Holiday sessions are created for families, children, couples, individuals, and pets. Each appointment is reserved for one immediate family.
Can we bring our pet?
Yes. Pets are welcome and are often some of our most entertaining clients. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare for their visit.
Are hair and makeup included?
No. These are short, limited-edition sessions, so clients arrive dressed and photo-ready.
Do you provide wardrobe guidance?
Wardrobe planning and styling are not included. We recommend coordinating your clothing without matching everyone exactly. Choose pieces that feel polished, comfortable, and true to your family.
How many photographs are included?
Your session includes three professionally edited digital portraits selected by Tiomi. Additional images and products offered with this limited-edition experience are optional to add on.
Will we receive a proofing gallery?
You will receive a private online gallery containing your three final, professionally edited portraits.
What happens if we arrive late?
Sessions are scheduled consecutively and cannot be extended. Arriving late will reduce the amount of time available for your portraits, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
What is the cancellation policy?
Payment is required in full at booking and is non-refundable. Because availability is extremely limited, missed or cancelled appointments cannot be refunded.
When will we receive our portraits?
Your finished portraits will be delivered through a private online gallery with enough time to use them for your holiday cards.
